KBQ-01A Series pneumatic switches adopt micro-switch design to make the switch to have high current, single-pole double-throw contact mode, switch dead zone (mechanical differential and lag) and other features. The compact design and low cost make the switch become an ideal OEM product.
The switch can be used along with the start button for the purpose of remote control. It is widely applied to food waste disposers, hot springs, hot bathing pools, cleaning equipments,
outdoor machines, medical equipments, etc. As a remote control device, it has advantages of small volume and availability of being built in the connection box of most motors.
It carries out the below 2 possible actions:
1).Instantaneous action: press the pneumatic button to start the pneumatic switch instantly; release the pneumatic button to turn off the pneumatic switch instantly.
2).Alternating action (also referred to as latch or bistable state): press the pneumatic button the first time to start the pneumatic switch; release the pneumatic button and the switch
still remains the start state, press the pneumatic button the second time and release it to turn off the pneumatic switch.
