Recently, the 2007 Annual Membership Conference and Industry Development Seminar of the General Low Voltage Electrical Appliances Branch and the Fieldbus Branch of the Equipment Network were held in Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province. From the perspective of development trends, China is bound to become the world's low-voltage electrical equipment manufacturing base. Faced with the new situation, we need to accelerate technological innovation and actively develop independent products. The words of He Ruihua, Honorary Chairman of the General Low Voltage Electrical Appliances Branch of the China Electrical Industry Association, clearly state the key points for industry development in the future. He Ruihua pointed out in the report that there are nearly 2000 production enterprises in the low-voltage electrical appliance industry, and currently about 80% of small and medium-sized enterprises are in a state of stagnation and contraction, facing a reshuffle of the industry. He stated that enterprises should start from reality, face new situations, bravely face new challenges, and work together to make efforts for the development of the industry.
In his report "Review of the Development of the Electrical Industry in 2006 and Prospects for 2007", Yang Qiming introduced the recent economic operation of the industry and analyzed the development trend in the second half of the year. He believes that 2007 was a year of stability, speed, and development for the electrical industry, as well as a year of promising development for enterprises. He expects enterprises to establish a sense of crisis and seize development opportunities.
